Experience the wisdom of a living yoga practice in a class designed to nourish body, mind, and heart. Michele blends Integral Hatha Yoga with pranayama, mindful movement, chanting, Yoga Nidra, yin yoga, meditation, and moments of joyful play – including occasional Doga (Dog Yoga), where our (well-behaved) four-legged friends are welcome to join the practice.
Each class is accessible to all ages and experience levels, offering modifications and guidance so everyone can practice safely and confidently. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, relaxation, healing, or a deeper spiritual connection, you’ll find a welcoming community and a practice that supports your unique journey.
