DESCRIPTION:Join us monthly in vibrational community and healing.\nTogether we will follow the rhythm of the In Breath and the Out Breath as we receive sound healing on the inhale and then express through percussive instruments on the exhale. \nBrenda Cemelli musician\, singer\, therapist\, and ritualist will lead and co-lead this experience. The circle itself creates the energy and flow. You are welcome to bring percussion instruments and are especially encouraged to bring drums.
